New York rapper Lanz Pierce stopped by Sway in the Morning to hear from the Citizens if the up and coming rapper should be put in the game or sat on the bench. Before previewing her music, Pierce discussed interning in Quad Recording Studio, where 2Pac was first shot. She discussed the artists she ran into during her time there and the importance of paying your dues as an hip-hop artist. Additionally, she spoke about working with Draft Punk’s Nile Rogers. Pierce went on to preview some of her music to listeners, so watch the interview to see what the Citizens decided about Lanz’s music fate. Also, be sure to follow her on Twitter @LANZPIERCE.
