State of the art video marketing is another part of our Points of Difference series. The use of video is the new medium when it comes to showing, marketing, and maintaining the homes that we manage. The state of the art video marketing that we offer is now becoming a trend. What used to be digital photography as the latest and greatest thing, replacing hard copy of pictures that we used to get at the drugstore, has now turned into videos. When we market houses, we put out twenty to twenty five good photos of our homes, with wide angle lens & high speed digital cameras, and we make the home look good as we can, adding to a nice video. We take videos by simply using our iPhone with the wide angle attachment that goes on the end. These videos are standard to Youtube and we have it optimized. The videos are in high definition. We post them to multiple listing services and those spiders into literally thousands of different websites. The video will tell you a lot more than the pictures will. Viewers get to see the whole scale and flow of the property. Our videos are actual Youtube videos and they last from 4-8 minutes long. We use these videos in a couple of different ways. We use these to market our homes and we also use them to do owner move-outs. When a tenant vacates a home, we can go in with our pictures and video, and videotape that home to make sure we exactly know what the home looks like. And this is admissible in court. If things go bad, with an attorney involved, we have a proof of what the home looked like when we took it back. So that could become important to the owner later on.
